this design can be made for vacuum pressing, membrane pressing, flat lamination and wrapping and self adhesive wall paper.
vacuum pressing takes about 120 seconds under 220 celsius temperature before it was fixed and pressed on MDF or HDF with curved art. it is easy to get flat lamination on MDF for carboard body with cold glue and need cold glue with water base to do self adhesive on contact base paper.
Melamine paper is also made with this design too for large needs of MDF decoration.
Size 0.18mm ~0.40mm *1400mm is ok and better for vacuum pressing and membrane pressing
